- Review contracts and addendums for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Distribute executed contracts to agents, clients, lenders, and title companies.
- Send Sale Pending timeline to buyer/seller to set expectations and deadlines
- Track all contract deadlines and contingencies to ensure timely completion.
- Send deadline reminders to agent or follow up with vendors directly
- Confirm Earnest Money Deposit is sent/received
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and closings, if requested
- Monitor inspection and repair progress.
- Order resale certificate, if applicable
- Monitor mortgage status and follow up with lenders throughout the transaction.
- Order deed and coordinate with the title company for closing.
- Maintain consistent communication with all parties, providing regular transaction updates.
- Confirm final utilities are ordered
- Review the settlement statement for accuracy before closing.
- Conduct a final compliance and file review to ensure a smooth, organized closing.

Real estate has always been part of my story. Growing up in a real estate family, I developed an appreciation for the relationships, professionalism, and dedication this industry requires. Since beginning my career in 2018, I’ve supported Realtors by managing transactions from contract to close, coordinating files across multiple states, and keeping every detail organized along the way. With a degree in Organizational Management and firsthand experience as a licensed real estate professional, I understand the demands agents face every day. My passion is creating seamless systems behind the scenes so you can focus on serving your clients, growing your business, and closing with confidence.

With a degree in Organizational Management from Gettysburg College, I bring a strong foundation in organization, communication, and process management. I’m naturally drawn to creating efficient systems, anticipating what needs to happen next, and keeping complex processes moving smoothly.
After gaining experience in different markets, I knew I wanted to bring that knowledge back home. Central Pennsylvania is where my roots are, where my real estate career began, and where I have the strongest connection to the communities I serve. Real estate has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, I grew up in a real estate family, with my father building a career as an associate broker for 30+ years. From an early age, I saw firsthand the dedication, professionalism, attention to detail, and relationships that go into a successful real estate career—and developed a genuine appreciation for the industry along the way.
I began my real estate career in Centre County in 2018 and have spent the past several years supporting Realtors by keeping transactions organized, deadlines on track, and clients informed from contract to close. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to coordinate transactions across multiple states and markets, hold real estate license, and work in commercial property management in New York City. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the real estate industry and valuable firsthand insight into the demands of an agent’s role. Through it all, I discovered that my true passion lies behind the scenes—helping agents navigate the many moving parts of a transaction and ensuring every detail is handled with care.
